Product Coaching

Some times you need someone who has done it before.

And here I am...

Product Management

Product Management is a broad and complex field. From finding product market fit to digital transformation to driving product growth. It can be one of the best jobs in the world, and if you have read any of the top Product Management books out there, you probably have a very good idea of what great Product Management looks like and its true potential.

What's real and what's not?

The reality for many Product Teams is very different and far from the ideal world described in the books. They're constantly fighting fires while trying to keep their stakeholders happy, pulling them in a million directions.

The dream of building products customers love in a way that works for the business becomes a stressful nightmare of not delivering any value. That does not mean there is no hope; the ideal world as described may not be real (yet), but there is definitely a way to get quite close to it. You just need to start the journey.
So what if you could call on someone who can point you in the right direction? Someone who can go down in the trenches with your teams and help them deliver real value.

Sounds pretty good, right?

I work with you and your Product Team to help them do great Product Management and build products customers love in a way that works for your business.
